Return & Exchange Policy

At Erica Rae Beauty, we take pride in the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. Due to the nature of beauty and personal care items, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, dissatisfaction with product results, or ordering errors.

Exceptions – Our Mistake

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • Your item arrived damaged or defective.

If you believe you have received an incorrect or damaged product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. Be prepared to provide:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll assess the situation and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Important Notes

  • All issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • We reserve the right to deny any request that does not meet the above criteria.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept used or opened items for return under any circumstance.
